Abstract
-
The major purpose of this project was to determine the suitability of navigator-bombardier school grades and bombing accuracy records for use as criteria in research in the fields of training and proficiency analysis. Suitable criteria are essential to the completion of the assigned mission of Detachment 2, Human Resources Research Center. A secondary purpose was to determine the interrelationships among the various course grades and accuracy scores.
